LASMA 4
Each chewable tablet contains
Montelukast sodium(equivalent to Montelukast) 4 mg |
LASMA 5
Each chewable tablet ontains
Montelukast sodium(equivalent to Montelukast) 5 mg |

Each film-coated tablet contains
Montelukast sodium(equivalent to Montelukast) 10 mg |

Dosage and administration
- Adolescents and adults 15 years of Age and older: One LASMA 10 tablet daily to be taken in the evening.
- Pediatric patients 6 to 14 years of age: One LASMA 5 chewable tablet daily to be taken in the evening.
- Pediatric patients 2 to 5 years of age: One LASMA 4 chewable tablet daily to be taken in the evening.
