Cofstop-Z is an effective combination of Each 5 ml contains :

Dextromethorphan	5 mg
Cetirizine	2.5 mg
Ammonium chloride	50 mg
Menthol	2.5 mg
Zinc gluconate	7.5 mg

Dosage
Adult - 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls 4 times a day
Children (6 to 12 years) - 1 teaspoonful 6 to 8 hours a day
