Our COPD patients especially were amazed at how much easier it was to trigger inspiration and as a result did not feel the same level of fatigue than with the previous BAN. Some patients who previously required the blue adaptor for continuous use because of the difficulty in actuating the BAN were able to use the BAN II the way it is supposed to be used.
